Job Description
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Confirm the reservation type and booking details with guests.
Collect valid government-issued identification (Govt. ID) as per regulatory requirements.
Assist guests in filling out the Registration Card accurately.
Allocate rooms based on availability and guest requirements.
Ensure foreign guests complete the C-Form, as mandated by Indian immigration laws, and submit to the FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office).
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, room allocation, and revenue details.
Assist in calculating the Average Room Revenue using the formula:
Average Room Revenue = Total Room Revenue รท Total Rooms Sold.
Explain meal plans and inclusions clearly to guests:
- European Plan (EP): Room only, no meals.
- Continental Plan (CP): Room with breakfast.
- American Plan (AP): Room with all three meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
- Modified American Plan (MAP): Room with breakfast and one major meal (Lunch or Dinner).
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain front desk cleanliness, supplies, and documentation standards.
