Job Summary: We are looking for skilled and dedicated ITI candidates to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the production process of Pistons, Piston Rings, Gravity & Pressure Die Casting, and Coating units. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain machines related to piston and piston ring manufacturing. Assist in Gravity Casting and Pressure Die Casting processes. Handle pre-machining and post-machining activities. Could you conduct surface preparation and apply coatings according to specifications Perform quality checks as per the SOP. Maintain 5S and safety standards on the shop floor. Read and interpret technical drawings and job instructions. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams as needed. Log production data and support process improvement initiatives. Skills & Competencies: Technical knowledge of machining, casting, or coating operations. Ability to work with measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, etc.). Basic understanding of process safety and quality. Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment. Ability to work in shifts and handle repetitive tasks with precision. Work Conditions:: Factory-based role involving standing and operating machines. Use of PPE and adherence to safety standards are mandatory. Night shift/day shift May involve heat, noise, and fumes typical in casting/coating environments.
