About the job About the job Accountant - Freight Forwarding Process Location : Chennai, Guindy Work Timings : 12 PM - 9 PM IST ( Mon - Fri ) Work From Office Compensation : As per industry standards About Company Merkay India Logistics, a new branch office of Merkay USA starting in Chennai. Our main office is headquartered in New Jersey, USA. 12+ Yrs old company in USA and we are looking for dynamic accountant who will give India operations a head start and support accounting for our USA headquarters. Our operations will start with Chennai and aim is to expand in Mumbai, Delhi, Baroda, Mundra and other key regions to make it a PAN india operations in next couple of years. Responsibilities Handle Company accounts for USA and INDIA Prepare Reports Compile and analyze financial statements Cash Flow Qualifications GOOD TO HAVE CargoWise Application Expereince Good Communication + Writing Skills ( English) MUST HAVE expereince in freight forwarding industry Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.),
