Role Description This is a full-time WFO role for Freight Brokers & Truck Dispatchers based in Gurugram, with the flexibility for some work from home. The role includes managing freight brokerage operations, providing exceptional customer service, dispatching and tracking freight movements, and handling account management tasks. The Freight Brokers & Truck Dispatchers will ensure smooth and efficient freight operations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, negotiating rates, and resolving any issues that arise during the shipping process. Qualifications Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills Customer Service skills Dispatching experience Account Management abilities Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficiency with transportation management software Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred Experience in the logistics industry is a plus,
