Role Summary As a Freight Broker, you will manage the full freight cyclesourcing U.S. carriers, booking loads, coordinating shipments, and building long-term client and carrier relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, achieving margin targets, and delivering smooth logistics operations under U.S. time zones. Key Responsibilities Source and negotiate rates with U.S.-based carriers using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) Book freight and manage shipment lifecycles (pickup to delivery) Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for load handling and tracking Maintain regular communication with shippers, carriers, and internal teams Track shipments and provide real-time status updates to clients Maintain complete documentation and ensure carrier compliance Meet and exceed performance targets (KPI, margin per load, etc.) Proactively resolve issues and delays to maintain high service levels Mandatory Criteria Experience: 1 to 3 years as a Freight Broker, Carrier Sales Rep, or U.S. Logistics Coordinator Work Environment: Willing to work on-site from the Mohali office Shift: Comfortable with U.S. night shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST approx.) Load Boards: Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, or similar Systems: Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) Communication: Excellent spoken and written English Performance-Oriented: Ability to work in a KPI-driven, target-based setup Location: Residing in or willing to relocate to Mohali, Punjab Educational Qualification UG: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., etc.) PG: MBA/PGDM in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or Marketing (Preferred, not mandatory) Key Skills Freight Brokerage, U.S. Logistics, Carrier Sourcing, Load Boards (DAT, Truckstop), TMS, Dispatch Operations, Rate Negotiation, Logistics Sales, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Client Relationship Management, Freight Forwarding,
