We are looking for a Freelance HR Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring process for Desnor Destination Pvt Ltd. Company. This is a remote, home-based opportunity, ideal for individuals with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Tourism sectors.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases.
• Ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.

Requirements:

• Any graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and sourcing abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• No laptop required mobile-based work is acceptable.
