We are looking for a Freelance Soft Skill Trainer from the Delhi NCR region. We're seeking an experienced freelance soft skills trainer to deliver engaging workshops and training sessions for our clients. Responsibilities include delivering interactive sessions on topics like communication, leadership, time management and teamwork, developing customized training materials, conducting needs assessments and evaluations, and providing feedback and recommendations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in soft skills training, excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of adult learning principles.
