Hire Digital is looking for a strategic and execution-focused SEO Content Strategist (Freelance, Remote) to lead the creation of English-language content for a financial services client. This role requires blending SEO insights, secondary research, and travel data to develop high-performing listicles, optimized for consumer engagement across Southeast Asia and broader APAC markets. You will work closely with writers, visual content producers, and localization teams to ensure assets are data-driven, audience-relevant, and plug-and-play for issuer banks in key markets. Responsibilities Own and execute the development of 20 travel/lifestyle listicles aligned with client's marketing and issuer needs. Conduct and synthesize SEO keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, AnswerThePublic, and Google Trends. Map keywords and trends to actionable content pillars based on personas, spend data, and outbound travel behaviors. Analyze travel and spending trends using client's internal data and external sources (e.g., Skyscanner, Booking.com, TripAdvisor). Collaborate with localization teams for Vietnamese and Bahasa Indonesia adaptations across listicles, captions, and creative assets. Support the creation of 4050 offer blocks, 20 captions, and visual asset briefs (e.g., infographics, carousels). Ensure all content is localized, relevant, and optimized for performance across digital channels. Requirements Previous experience in content strategy, SEO, or digital marketing, ideally with a focus on travel or lifestyle content. Proven ability to turn data and research into consumer-facing content themes. Strong grasp of APAC travel trends and behavior across key markets (e.g., Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong). Experience writing or guiding long-form content and short-form social copy. Familiarity with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Google Trends, Keyword Planner, AnswerThePublic.
