Your main responsibilities will include uploading your live roles or candidate profiles, getting matched with complementary recruiters via our AI-powered Xchange Engine, collaborating on placements, and agreeing on a 50/50 fee split. You will have the autonomy to manage your time and workflow independently without any KPIs or targets. As part of our team, you will have access to over 120 live roles and recruiters looking to collaborate, AI-matching to streamline your placements, a transparent commission structure with a 50/50 split, community support, valuable resources, and ongoing updates.
