Overview: We are looking for a creative and skilled Freelance Jewellery Designer to collaborate with us on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create original jewellery designs, including necklaces, rings, earrings, and bracelets based on project briefs and market trends. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing design options and revisions as needed. Rendering: Produce detailed digital renderings of designs using CAD software and traditional methods. Prototype Creation: Develop prototypes and samples, either by hand or in collaboration with artisans and manufacturers. Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging styles, and competitor products to ensure designs remain fresh and relevant. Portfolio Maintenance: Keep an up-to-date portfolio showcasing your best work and design evolution. Qualifications: Proven experience as a jewellery designer, preferably in a freelance capacity. Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and techniques. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix) and traditional. Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
