Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, offering guidance, and support, and answering their queries. Assist franchisees in understanding and implementing the franchisor's business strategies, standards, and best practices. Ensure franchisees adhere to the established brand standards, operating procedures, and quality control guidelines. Conduct regular audits of franchise locations to assess compliance. Coordinate and facilitate training programs for new franchisees to ensure they are knowledgeable about the franchise system and business operations. Provide ongoing training and resources to improve franchisee performance. Maintain open and effective communication between franchisees and the franchisor's corporate office. Relay important information, updates, and changes in policies or procedures to franchisees. Assist franchisees with local marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote their locations and maintain brand consistency. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and distribute marketing materials and strategies. Monitor and review financial performance and reports from franchisees. Guide budgeting, cost control, and financial planning. Address and resolve disputes, conflicts, and operational issues between franchisees and franchisors. Offer solutions to overcome challenges and improve the performance of franchise locations. Collaborate with franchise development teams to identify potential new franchisees and expansion opportunities. Assist in the evaluation of new franchisee candidates. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to franchise operations and compliance. Generate regular reports on franchisee performance and compliance.
