Location: Jaipur Position: Full time Experience: Minimum 1 year Salary: As per Industry standards Responsibilities: Develop and implement the organisation's overall strategy, including identifying and prioritising opportunities, setting goals & objectives, and allocating resources. Support day-to-day operations of the organisation, including tasks such as managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails. Support founders to grow new teams with a strategic direction and refined operating model. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, find new vendors for company requirements, and support sales and marketing initiatives. Empathise with the customer to understand their needs instinctively and by analysis. Manage the organisation's finances, including preparing budgets, tracking expenses, and generating financial reports. Requirement: Passionate about building a business and doing what it takes to help run a company. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and to remain organised and efficient in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
