Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistance: Support the Founder with daily scheduling, calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination. Track tasks, manage follow-ups, and assist in prioritizing day-to-day activities. Draft internal communication, reports, and presentation materials as needed. Help streamline operational processes and ensure things run smoothly and on time. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Human Resources & People Operations: Assist in recruitment: job postings, screening applicants, interview scheduling, and coordination. Help manage onboarding and exit processes smoothly and professionally. Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, and leave tracking. Plan and organize team-building activities, celebrations, and engagement events to foster a positive culture. Help implement and track performance management initiatives. Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, and internal processes. What Were Looking For: 12 years of experience in HR, operations, or executive assistance roles. Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Highly dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented. Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and HRMS platforms Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities with a solution-first mindset.
