Role: Founder's Office - Finance & Strategy Location: Gurgaon (onsite) Compensation: 15-25 LPA + Equity (based on experience) Company: Third Shift (www.shopthirdshift.com) About Us Third Shift is a U.S. functional wellness and personal care brand with a mission to simplify personal care through products designed to save time, support real-life routines, and simplify self-care for the time-starved busy woman juggling multiple responsibilities. It is set to launch in August in the US market. Were a fast-growing, early-stage company backed by experienced operators, and this role will be one of our first strategic hires. About the Role Were looking for a Finance & Strategy Lead for our Founder's Office who can partner with the founder to build a financially sound and strategically sharp consumer brand. Youll play a critical role in helping shape business decisions, raise capital, manage investor relationships, and build the internal finance function from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of finance, growth, and strategic thinking ideal for someone who has the experience and ambition to help scale a brand from zero to one (and beyond).
