The center head is responsible for overseeing the training and organizational activities at a BBFS football training center. Key Responsibilities: - Leading a team of coaches, medics, groundsmen, and other staff at the center. - Addressing any off-field issues that coaches may encounter and serving as the primary point of contact for coach concerns related to their work at BBFS. - Ensuring prompt renewal of memberships for regular kids and following up with parents if a child is absent from training for three consecutive days. - Executing offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. - Monitoring the center's financial well-being. - Coordinating with partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations. As the center head, you will serve as the face of BBFS and play a crucial role in shaping parents" perception of the organization.
