We are manufacturing South Indian Sweets and Snacks. We prefer

1. A south Indian girl with knowledge of mass production of south Indian Sweets and snacks
2. Should have sound knowledge of oil management
3. Products are for exports. So the candidate must have full details of food preservation knowledge
4. She/ He should be knowing FSMS 22000, BRC etc certification formalities
5. Should be able to quality check the incoming materials, process
6. Should have knowledge of packaging materials and the processes too.
