Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to all Cambay Tiger retail outlets to assess compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Ensure adherence to FSSAI guidelines and internal food safety policies. Identify potential hazards, including contamination risks, improper storage, or unsanitary conditions, and recommend corrective actions. Check and document expiry dates of all stored food items, ensuring expired products are promptly removed. Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) inventory management practices. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and product shelf lives. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all store areas, including storage, display, and preparation zones. Verify that cleaning schedules are followed and documented. Prepare and submit regular reports to the head of department detailing store compliance status and areas for improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in a retail or food service environment. Skills: Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Effective communication and training abilities.
