Key Responsibilities: Drive primary and secondary sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets Manage and expand distribution and retail network in assigned territory Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key retailers Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and visibility activities at the ground level Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies for growth Ensure proper stock availability, merchandising, and in-store execution Provide timely market feedback and competitor insights to the management team Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and operations.
