Job Description
As a Floor Supervisor / Assistant Workshop Manager at Arya Energy Limited, you will be responsible for supervising and managing daily operations within the assigned lane of the ATS. Your role will involve conducting vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will provide guidance and support to technicians and staff, ensuring the proper functioning of testing and diagnostic equipment. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing repair and maintenance activities, staying updated with industry regulations and best practices, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally, and maintaining accurate records of inspections and repairs. Collaboration with other supervisors and management will be essential to ensure smooth overall operations. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma in Motor Mechanics, Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical engineering from a recognized institution. A minimum of 3 years of experience in automobile repair and maintenance is required, with additional experience in an automobile workshop/bodyshop or on an OEM assembly line being desirable. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques, excellent leadership and supervisory skills, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools and software are also essential for this role.,
