Full job description: Looking Floor Manager for Premium Jewellery store Managing staffAssigning tasks, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and giving feedback. They may also train staff to perform their roles, coach and discipline employees, and help employees develop skills. Maintaining the environmentFloor managers are responsible for keeping the floor clean and organized for both customers and employees. They may also ensure that stock is ordered, priced, and packed. Handling customersFloor managers greet and assist customers, handle customer complaints, and address any issues related to appearance and cleanliness. Collaborating with managementFloor managers may work with management to implement improvements, optimize processes, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. They may also coordinate activities with other departments or areas, such as inventory stockists in a retail store, the kitchen in a restaurant, or housekeeping in a hotel. Floor managers need to communicate effectively with multiple parties, including staff, customers, and management.
