The role of the job involves overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery while maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will be responsible for addressing customer issues and complaints promptly. Staff management duties include assigning tasks to staff, training, and motivating them to provide high-quality service, as well as supervising and evaluating their performance. In terms of customer service, you will be expected to provide excellent service, address inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. It is essential to ensure that operational procedures and company policies are consistently followed, maintain inventory, and order supplies as needed. Other duties may include assisting in menu planning and preparation, coordinating with other departments such as the kitchen and bar, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The schedule includes fixed shifts with weekend availability. Additional benefits include a performance bonus, shift allowance, and yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in catering. The work location is in person.,
