We are pleased to inform for an interview for the position of Staff Supervisor at Holistic Foods, a company dedicated to revolutionizing food preservation through advanced freeze drying technology. Job Description: As a Staff Supervisor, your role will include: Overseeing and assigning in daily factory operations, including freeze-drying, packaging, and material handling. Managing and guiding the employees and ensuring tasks are completed on me. Maintain proper documentation of production logs, work hours, materials used, and stock movement. Demonstrate maturity and professionalism to maintain a respectful and distraction free environment Ensuring hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are maintained across the facility. Coordinating with other departments to streamline workflow and stock management. Take ownership of the ensure shifts performance and report issues to management. Working Hours: A standard work shift is 10 hours per day. Occasionally, you may be required to wait or stay an additional 30 to 60 minutes, depending on work completion or machine cycles. These short extensions are not counted as overme. High levels of ownership, punctuality, responsibility, and emotional intelligence in managing people and work.
