We are looking for experienced Supply Executives to onboard and manage delivery agents across Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard delivery agents to expand our fleet in Bangalore. Develop sourcing strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of delivery partners. Conduct training and orientation sessions for new agents. Optimize fleet operations to enhance efficiency and service levels. Collaborate with internal teams to align supply with business demand. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Requirements: Experience in logistics and fleet hiring (Dunzo, Porter, Rapido experience is a plus). Strong network of delivery agents and knowledge of Bangalores delivery landscape. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
