You are urgently required for the position of Fleet Manager in the Healthcare Sector at Rakkshak Health Solution Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Naraina, New Delhi. With 5-7 years of experience, a Degree/Diploma in the automobile sector or any technical qualification in the same field is mandatory. Graduates/Post Graduates are also eligible. Your responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of the fleet and transportation team, scheduling vehicle maintenance to prevent downtime, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, as well as hiring, training, and supervising drivers and transportation staff. You will monitor vehicle performance and fuel usage, evaluate equipment vendors and suppliers, and communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Excel, MS Office, and MS Word, and have a strong and dynamic personality. Developing and implementing transportation strategies to reduce costs and enhance operations will be crucial. Keeping accurate records and reports on fleet maintenance, expenses, and performance is essential. This is a full-time position requiring immediate joining.
