Job Description
The position requires an ITI FITTER degree, with a preference for local candidates. Freshers are welcome to apply for this job located in Pakuria, Salap, Howrah. As a Fitter, your key responsibilities include reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical instructions, assembling machine parts according to design specifications, conducting fitting, alignment, and adjustment of mechanical parts, performing preventive maintenance on machinery, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical faults, and conducting repairs using tools such as drills, grinders, and welding machines. You will also be responsible for maintaining tools, work area cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaboration with other departments, such as electrical and production, may be required. This is a permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work location for this role is in person.
