Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Fintech Conference Producer for the Middle East region. The Fintech Conference Producer will be responsible for producing high-quality conferences by undertaking market research, acquiring speakers, and managing events. The role involves engaging with industry leaders to secure participation, developing conference agendas, and overseeing all logistical elements of event management. Qualifications Conference Production and Event Management skills Proficiency in Market Research and understanding market trends Excellent Communication skills and experience in Speaker Acquisition Strong organizational and project management skills Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in the fintech industry is a plus,
