You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand and translate business needs. Additionally, you will assess and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks, develop architectural blueprints, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Your role will also involve contributing to proposals and solutioning discussions, guiding and mentoring development teams to ensure best practices, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and security standards. Staying updated with the latest fintech trends and technologies is an integral part of this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the Fintech domain, specifically in Lending and Finance space. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, and SQL is essential. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a must. Familiarity with blockchain, AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity is advantageous.
