Job Description
As a Finishing Assistant Manager at our company located in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the finishing touches of the projects are of superior quality and align with the project specifications. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing project timelines, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring strict adherence to safety standards. Your role will also entail close collaboration with the project management team to guarantee a smooth execution and timely delivery of all projects. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Project Management and Production Management skills along with expertise in Quality Control and Construction practices. Holding an SMSTS certification is mandatory. The ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and prior experience in construction project management will be advantageous.
