We have 300+ homes in most of the best tourist destinations in Maharashtra (Alibaug, Lonavala, Pune, Karjat, Nashik, Igatpuri), Goa, North and are rapidly increasing our presence at a national level. Designation: Assistant Manager- Finance & Accounts Salary: up to 7lpa Location: Wadala (10 min walking from Dadar station), Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency. Performance Reporting: Prepare MIS, Analyze P&L and KPIs across properties; provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Decision Support: Partner with operations, marketing, and supply teams to model pricing, occupancy, and expansion scenarios. Data-Driven Insights: Build dashboards and reports that transform numbers into strategy. Process Improvement: Enhance financial models, automate workflows, and support investor reporting. What Youll Need: Strong grasp of financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Macros). Experience in hospitality, real estate, or e-commerce preferred. Passion for travel, analytics, and building something meaningful.,
