Position - Lead - Finance Location - Mumbai Reports to COO/CFO Experience - 10+ As the Operating Finance Lead for the BU, you will lead Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Business Finance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the COO and cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategy, sustainability and support the company's growth objectives within the Groups financial framework Lead the accounting and finance function for the BU. o Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the overall goals and vision of the company. o Provide strategic financial insights to support key business decisions. o Support senior stakeholders on all business reviews o Manage the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process o Engage in commercial discussion and negotiation based on business requirements. o Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations o Generate reports & analysis to assist in decision making o Cash management and other treasury related activities o Ensure compliance with financial processes, systems and policies o Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements o Support month-end and year-end close process o Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting o Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control. o Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA would be preferred. 10 years of experience with atleast 2 years in leading Finance in a BU/Mid[1] size company,
