We are currently looking for a Finance Intern to join our finance team and support various financial activities such as financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for finance. Responsibilities: - Assisting in the preparation, analysis, and review of financial statements - Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts - Conducting financial modeling and data analysis - Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements - Assisting in internal audits and compliance activities - Developing and maintaining financial dashboards and reports - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Requirements: - Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Solid understanding of financial concepts, including financial statements and analysis - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities This is a full-time, on-site position with a 5-day work week based in Koramangala, Bangalore.
