Job Description
Designation: Finance Executive ( Offrole)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate vendor payment records, purchase orders, invoices, and statements
- Manage and record all vendor invoices and initiate timely vendor payments
- Monitor GST?2B reports and ensure timely tax compliance
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account analyses to ensure payment accuracy
- Set up and validate new vendor accounts; oversee vendor onboarding
- Reconcile entries and system reports, especially special general ledger accounts
- Schedule vendor payments and respond to vendor inquiries regarding finance and payment status
- Prepare periodic accounts analyses and monthly reports
- Drive improvements in payment process, and support monthly and quarterly closure activities
Job Requirements
- Education: MBA or MCPM (Master Certificate in Project Management)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Equipment: Must have a personal laptop
