Job Description

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for utilizing your 2-3 years of accounting experience in Tally ERP latest version to ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Your duties will include maintaining basic knowledge of GST/TDS/PF/PT statutory compliance, handling bank entries, provisions, prepaid expenses accounting, and assisting in statutory/tax audits. Your proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, will be essential for effective correspondence with colleagues and external parties. Additionally, your familiarity with MS-Excel functions like Pivot tables, Vlookups, Xlookups, and basic Excel formulas will aid in generating monthly MIS reports and supporting senior management as needed. This role will require you to work in the office for 3 days per week, adhere to US timings for late activities during budget season, and be available to start within 15 days or upon completion of your notice period. The position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as food, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. Your work schedule will involve day shifts from Monday to Friday, including US shift hours. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the accurate reporting of financial data and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
