Job Summary: The Finance Controller (Senior Manager) will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management for the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial administration, process optimization, fundraising strategy, and financial forecasting. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in finance software, and expertise in financial reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial stability and sustainability. Oversee fund allocation, cost forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Implement strategies to optimize financial processes and service efficiency. Cost Control & Optimization: Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Review and refine financial processes to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities. Fundraising & Financial Strategy: Support fundraising strategies by providing financial insights and planning. Collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient utilization of funds. Evaluate financial feasibility of new projects and investment opportunities. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and audit requirements. Develop internal controls to safeguard financial resources. MIS & Financial Reporting: Generate and present accurate financial reports and MIS for decision-making. Provide insights on financial performance, key metrics, and trends. Maintain transparency in financial reporting to stakeholders and management. Software & Systems Management: Utilize financial software for effective financial planning and reporting. Implement digital solutions to enhance financial data accuracy and accessibility. Stay updated with emerging financial technologies and tools. Key Skills & Competencies: Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning. Strong analytical skills for fund forecasting and financial risk management. Proficiency in finance software and MIS reporting. In-depth understanding of fundraising strategies and financial administration. Ability to optimize financial processes and implement cost-saving measures. Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CA/CMA/CPA certification preferred. 20+ years of experience in financial administration, budgeting, and cost control.
