Qualifications MBA in Finance or Accounting M.com or B.com Minimum 5-10 years experience in Management or Accounting Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), monthly and annual reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Transaction Management: Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other supporting documents. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and providing insights for financial planning. Auditing and Compliance: Conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and assisting with external audits. Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data, ratios, and trends to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and investment opportunities. Tax Management: Risk Management: Identifying and assessing financial risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Collaboration: Working with other departments and stakeholders to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance. System Enhancement: Assisting in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes. Skills Required Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures. Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
