We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in supporting data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, an understanding of business performance metrics, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze financial data and create reports for management decision-making. 2. Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends. 4. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. 5. Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast). 6. Evaluate investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives. 7. Collaborate with business units to support strategic planning. 8. Prepare presentations and dashboards for stakeholders. 9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.10. Assist in risk assessment and financial planning activities. Requirements 1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field 2. 2 - 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles. 3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. 4. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
