The ideal candidate must have expertise in receivables management, statutory compliance, and purchase management. Key Responsibilities Receivables Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivables to ensure timely collections. Analyze credit risk and implement effective collection strategies. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines. Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Purchase Management Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies. Work closely with procurement teams to optimize costs and efficiency. Financial Reporting & Analysis Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports. Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls. Qualifications & Skills Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. 1-3 years of experience in accounts & finance roles. Strong knowledge of receivables management, statutory compliance, and purchase management. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
