Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities
- user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and digital products using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to turn business goals into great UX/UI designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
- Maintain consistent design systems, styles, and components in Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions.
- Collect and implement feedback from stakeholders and end-users to improve the design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy in the final product.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, Figma features, and design best practices.
- Skills Required to Become a Figma Designer
- ? Design Skills: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, human-centered design, and accessibility
- Mastery in using Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- ? Technical ToolsFigma (must-have)
- Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (optional but good to know)
- FigJam (for brainstorming and collaboration)
- Zeplin or similar tools (for developer handoff)
- ? Collaboration & CommunicationAbility to present and justify design decisions
- Effective communication with developers, stakeholders, and clients
- Comfortable receiving and giving constructive feedback
- ? Bonus SkillsBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but helpful)
- Motion design or animation using Figma or Lottie
