Job Description
The Field Visit & Investigation Manager will be responsible for managing a team of field investigators, overseeing field visits to verify KYC details, investigate fraudulent transactions, and resolve high-risk cases. You will allocate assignments, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of investigations. You will also identify suspicious activity patterns, coordinate with fraud analytics teams, and recommend preventive actions. Compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and legal standards will be a key focus, including drafting investigation reports and escalating critical issues. Stakeholder coordination with various teams and law enforcement agencies may be required. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree, 5-8 years of experience in field investigations or fraud detection, strong analytical and reporting skills, willingness to travel extensively, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of fraud detection tools and platforms. Prior experience in BFSI, Fintech, or PSP environments is preferred.,
