Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role. As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting Training Programs for in our outlets. This includes delivering product knowledge training, demonstrating proper techniques, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs pertaining to the food industry. You will also coach, assess, provide feedback, and developmental support to associates to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards.
