Job functions and Skills:- After Market Field Support Officer
1. Experience 5-8 years
2. English is must.
3. ?Salary 25k to 30k
4. ?Good communication skills, patience to attend customer complaints and ability to comprehend, prompt in action taking.
5. ?Good communication skills on e-mail and verbal communication.
6. Excellent command on excel work.
7. Availability on calls 24x7 basis.
Technical skills:-
1. Bus Body manufacturing knowledge.
2. Coordination with Q.C.Department to trace route cause of the problem/issue.
3. Segregation of issues and problems on chassis and body wise.
4. After segregation allocation of work to the concerned person/department for the problem solving and related issue.
