Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated fresher for the position of Site Supervisor to assist in managing day-to-day activities at construction or project sites. The candidate should be willing to learn and grow under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors.

• Key Responsibilities:Support in supervising daily site work
• Assist in managing labor and material on site
• Help maintain work progress reports and attendance
• Ensure basic safety and cleanliness on the site
• Coordinate with workers and report to senior staff
• Learn to read and understand drawings and plans
• Follow instructions from senior supervisors/project manager
• Willing to work on-site full-time
• Eagerness to learn construction processes
• Basic communication skills
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking
• Familiarity with basic tools and safety practices (training will be provided)
