Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Application Analyst to join our client location Job Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Responsibilities: Central contact person for the global core applications in the area of Field Service Management at client site. Supervision of software integration projects in the national as well as international area Support in the configuration and programming of country-specific customizations Evaluation, participation in system selection and introduction of new applications 2nd Level Support In the field of user support General monitoring of application and system environments Updating and support of server and client components Support and training of employees regarding the developed procedures and/or programs Cooperation and technical coordination with colleagues at client's German locations and external service providers Skills: Completed studies in computer science or comparable professional training Professional experience in the support and administration of various applications Profound knowledge of ticket, remote desktop and data management systems Experience in the administration of Microsoft Server & Client technologies desirable experience in programming with Delphi, C# and SQL and Innosoft Strong communication skills and independent working style High level of commitment Good English language skills Industry IT Services and IT Consulting Employment Type Full-time,
