Core Responsibilities:

• Installation and Commissioning: Setting up new Packaging automatic machine/quipment and systems according to specifications. 
• Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure functionality and prevent downtime. 
• Diagnostic Testing: Using specialized tools and techniques to identify and resolve technical issues. 
• Customer Support: Providing on-site or remote technical support to clients, addressing their concerns and providing guidance. 
• Training: Educating clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. 
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs and repair reports. 
• Inventory Management: Ensuring adequate stock of spare parts and tools. 
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and guidelines during all service activities.
