KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit, train, and supervise security staff
• Schedule shifts and assign duties based on site requirements
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions

• Monitor daily operations across multiple client sites
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and legal regulations
• Coordinate emergency response and incident management
• Client Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Conduct site visits and audits to assess service quality
• Address client concerns and customize security solutions
• Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain incident logs, shift reports, and operational records
• Prepare monthly performance and compliance reports
• Analyze data to improve service delivery and reduce risks
• Budget & Resource Management
• 
  
• Manage operational budgets and control expenses
• Procure security equipment and uniforms
• Optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations

• 5+ years of experience in security operations or law enforcement
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and emergency protocols
• ? Work EnvironmentOffice-based with frequent travel to client sites
• On-call availability for emergencies or critical incidents
