Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and dynamic Field Executives to join our Banking Process team. The role involves field-based activities including customer verification, document collection, KYC processing, loan application assistance, and other operational tasks related to banking services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, have good communication skills, and a basic understanding of banking or financial services. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers at their location for KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and verification. Collect and submit documents required for account opening, loan processing, or other banking services. Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and updates via mobile apps or company portals. Educate customers about banking products and services as needed. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler with valid driving license. Comfortable with using mobile apps and basic digital tools. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
