This information includes the patient's name, phone number, address, and a photo of their prescription, which will be recorded using a mobile form. Your Key Responsibilities will include approaching patients and their attendants outside healthcare facilities, accurately filling out their details through the mobile form, educating them about the pharmacy and health services offered by our company, and ensuring the submission of a minimum of 60 verified entries on a daily basis.
