Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role involves building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting company products or services effectively in the market.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.
- Visit client locations to present company products/services and close sales deals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in marketing activities such as exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
