Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Sales:
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify leads for CCTV and home automation systems through cold calling, networking, and site visits. 
  • Client Presentations & Demonstrations:
  • Showcase product features and benefits through compelling presentations and hands-on product demonstrations for potential clients. 
  • Proposal & Contract Management:
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely closing of deals. 
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the CCTV and home automation markets. 
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. 
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth system deployment and provide ongoing support. 
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular performance reports to management. 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Sales Experience:
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in security systems, smart home technology, or electronic security solutions. 
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues. 
  • Technical Understanding:
  • A strong foundational knowledge of CCTV hardware and software, as well as home automation principles. 
  • Driving & Travel:
  • A valid driver's license and ownership of a vehicle for travel to client sites are often required. 
  • Technical Aptitude:
  • Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of the products being sold. 
  • Customer Focus:
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
