Field Sales Executive SS Associates

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Insurance Advisor / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable with field work. You will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to individuals and businesses, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, vehicle, etc.).
• Educate customers on policy benefits, coverage, terms, and conditions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist clients with claim settlements and policy servicing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Prior experience in sales or insurance is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products preferred.
• Own vehicle is an advantage.
